Site Manager

Unite Construction has partnered with a newly established construction arm of a highly successful and established property developer with a significant presence across South East Queensland.

Backed by a strong balance sheet, secured project funding and an experienced leadership team, the business has been established to deliver its own pipeline of residential developments. With multiple projects already underway and a strong pipeline of future work, this presents an excellent opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth while benefiting from the stability and security of a well-established parent company.

The first project is located in Chermside and comprises 2 basement levels, a podium and 7 levels of apartments. Project is live and retention piling is nearing completion.

The Role

• Lead all site operations from commencement through to completion
• Manage subcontractors, programme, quality and safety outcomes
• Coordinate basement, structural and finishing trades
• Drive site productivity and maintain project milestones
• Work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team

About You

• Proven experience delivering multi-residential projects as a Site Manager
• Strong basement and in-ground structure experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage programme, quality and safety outcomes
• Stable employment history with reputable builders
